Hello, I’m Stacie Lira, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to serve as the Director of Monarch Meadow Child Care Center. Childcare is my true passion, and I find immense joy in caring for children. With 16 years of experience in both home childcare and as a facility director, I’ve witnessed the incredible journey of children’s curiosity and social growth. It’s such a rewarding experience to be part of that process.

I am dedicated to working closely with families, helping them feel confident that their children are in a safe, welcoming space where they can learn and thrive. Play-based learning is essential to me, and I’m committed to supporting the educational and emotional development of young children. I’m eager to bring my experience back to Torrington and contribute to the needs of the community!
