Valerie's Bio

Valerie Mendoza
Center Director
I have 25 years of experience in early childhood education and child care management, I’ve dedicated my career to creating environments where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. As a mother of three and a proud grandmother, I understand the importance of providing a caring, nurturing space that allows both children and families to flourish.
I’ve worked hands-on with children and families, ensuring that every child’s needs are met with compassion, respect, and attention to their individual development. My role as a Child Care Facility Director allows me to bring both my professional expertise and personal passion for supporting families into every aspect of the facility’s operation.
Outside of my work, I’m a proud dog mom to a lovable French Bulldog who brings extra joy to our family. When I’m not spending time with my children and grandson, I enjoy creating memories with my family and enjoying the small moments that make life so special.
I believe that open communication, mutual respect, and a shared vision are key to providing high-quality care. With my experience, my passion for early childhood development, I strive to create a space where every child feels like part of a second family.
Every day, I’m inspired by the children I work with, and I’m honored to play a role in helping them grow, learn, and discover their unique potential. It’s not just about education; it’s about creating a community that supports and empowers every child to thrive.
